Return Policy

All our products are custom-made with care, which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you ever receive a misprint, damaged product, or the wrong item, just email us at gotmymammogram@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include photos and details of the issue, and we’ll happily replace or refund the item once verified.

We understand it can be disappointing when an order doesn’t arrive as expected, so we do our best to make things right. Thanks for understanding that custom products aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges beyond defects or errors.
